Gear up for August Tuesday, May 15, 2012

Justin

When I go on vacation or travel around to different locations, I always try to find souvenirs or mementos that are unique to that specific place. Here at the Pro Football Hall of Fame it is no different; many fans are looking for that one-of-a-kind item.

I always try to direct customers to the items that are both team and Hall of Fame related. One of our most popular items is the Team Hall of Fame Legends T-shirts. Customers are usually excited when they discover these shirts. Each shirt features the team logo front and center, and the Hall of Fame logo, as well as, all the team enshrinees on the back of the shirt. Currently, we have 22 teams from which to choose. Recently, we just received three new teams that we have never had before. With the Saints playing in the NFL/Hall of Fame Game this year and former tackle Willie Roaf is a member of the Class of 2012, it was time to create a Saints Hall of Fame Legends T-shirt. The other two new teams are the Seahawks (featuring Class of 2012 enshrinee Cortez Kennedy) and the Cardinals (also playing in the NFL/Hall of Fame Game). For all you Saints and Cardinals fans don’t forget to purchase your tickets to the NFL/Hall of Fame Game or get fan packages for the entire weekend!

Now for some reason if you don’t have a favorite NFL team or you already own your team’s Hall of Fame Legends T-shirt, don’t worry, we have a couple unique t-shirts just for you. The Quarterback or Running Back Hall of Fame Legends T-shirts are a must have for any diehard NFL fan. Each shirt features the Hall of Fame logo on the front, left chest. Then on the back are the jerseys of all the quarterbacks or running backs (featuring Class of 2012 enshrinee Curtis Martin) that are in the Hall of Fame. These shirts will show people how much you love the history of the NFL, and show your appreciation for what all these players did to make the game what it is today.

Show me who your favorite team is by going to our online store and purchasing your team’s Hall of Fame legends t-shirt. Use the promo code STOREBLOG and receive 20% off your purchase. Whether, you are pinning it on Pinterest, tweeting about it on Twitter, or posting/liking it on Facebook, let people know that you really like these team/hall of fame shirts.

NIKE jerseys debut Tuesday, April 24, 2012

Justin

The countdown is now! The time is almost here! We are just hours away from history being made! We have joined the conversation with all the analysts and fans discussing, debating, and analyzing the issues. Twitter and Facebook feeds have been giving fans first hand, up-to-the minute accounts of the team’s standings. I am not talking about the NFL Draft, but the release of the new Nike football jerseys. To coincide with the draft, April 26th will be the first day that fans can officially own the new Nike jerseys.

The Pro Football Hall of Fame Store will be selling the team NIKE Game Jersey, which is inspired by what the players will wear on the field. The features of the jersey are as follow:

NFL Shield logo at the V-neck
Tailored fit designed for easy movement
100% recycled polyester
Name and number screen printed
Strategic ventilation for breathability
No tag on the neck for comfort

You can continue to preorder jerseys at our Online Store. Jerseys will ship on Thursday, April 26. Just remember, the new NIKE Game Jerseys are more form fitting then the previous Reebok jerseys. It is suggested you order a size larger than normal, if you want like a looser fit. If you are local, just stop in our store beginning Thursday to pick up your jersey and get ready for the draft. We are open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and no admission is required to stop and shop.

Just Do It Tuesday, April 03, 2012

Justin

When I think of Nike, two images pop into my head. First is Michael Jordan soaring through the air to make a spectacular dunk in one of the many “Air Jordan” commercials or advertisements. The second is a Nike poster with Bo Jackson wearing a pair of shoulder pads while holding a baseball bat behind his neck during his “Bo Knows” campaign. In both the “Air Jordan” and “Bo Knows” ads, Nike was able to show how they were a cool and innovative brand. It made Nike a must-have item for people. Nike is now taking their creative talents and quality craftsmanship to the National Football League.

Beginning April 1st, Nike became the official on-field apparel provider for the NFL. So, I’ll highlight the first two t-shirts we have in stock in the Hall of Fame Store.

Nike NFL Base Authentic Logo Tee

The tee is the team color with the club logo screen printed on the front center, while the Nike swoosh is on the sleeve. The fabrication features Nike DRI-FIT. This item is great for everyday wear to show support for your favorite team.

Nike NFL Legend Authentic Font Tee

The tee is made of Dri-FIT 100% polyester plain jersey. The tee features the team word mark screen printed on the front center, while the Nike swoosh is on the sleeve and the DRI-FIT trademark is on the lower front right. This item is great to wear to the gym or any other sporting activity. You can look great and feel cool, while supporting your favorite team.

Don’t forget to come back and pre order your Nike Jerseys on April 15th!
