2008 Fan Package Policies - (for groups of 25 or more)
Pro Football Hall of Fame Enshrinement Festival
GROUP FAN PACKAGES
Fan packages for the Pro Football Hall of Fame Enshrinement Festival 2008 are now on sale. Groups (of 40 or more) purchasing packages will receive a discount on fan package purchases. A limited number of packages will be sold on a first option basis. Four types of packages are available: Absolutely Everything Football Fan Package, Football Fantasy Package, Enshrinement Memories Package and Hall of Fame Game Package.

PACKAGE RESERVATIONS & CONTRACT
To reserve group fan packages, contact the Pro Football Hall of Fame to request an official group contract. A limited number of packages will be sold on a first option basis. The contract will state all group package policies and procedures and hold your group liable for payment and adherence to policies. Your group's contract must be signed and returned to the Hall of Fame within (14) days of request. This will allow your group to reserve the packages on a tentative hold. To confirm packages, a deposit payment must be paid.
PAYMENT POLICIES
DEPOSIT - A 50% deposit of your group's entire contracted amount is required to place the packages on a confirmed hold. The deposit must be paid within (30) days of request date. Once received, packages will then be confirmed. Deposits not paid within the grace period will cancel all contractual obligations between the Pro Football Hall of Fame and the designated group.
BALANCE PAYMENT - The remaining balance due on the group package contract is due by April 30, 2008.
All payments must be received by the Pro Football Hall of Fame by the designated due date. Late payments will be assessed a 5% late charge. Payments received after the due date are subject to package cancellation. Payments may be made by one of the following methods: money order, company check, and bank check, payments made by Visa or MasterCard are subject to a 2% processing fee. Make checks payable to the Pro Football Hall of Fame. Personal checks will not be accepted.
PACKAGE PAYMENT GUARANTEES
Package payments will be guaranteed by the Pro Football Hall of Fame upon receipt and approval of deposit payment and balance payments.
PACKAGE QUANTITIES
PACKAGE REDUCTIONS - Changes to reduce the total number of packages originally requested must be requested in writing to the Pro Football Hall of Fame no later than March 31, 2008. Your group may reduce no more than 20% of its contracted packages. A reduction fee consisting of 5% of the total amount initially contracted will be assessed. After March 31, 2008, the total number of packages purchased may not fall below the amount contracted. The number of packages purchased may not fall below the package minimum of (25).
PACKAGE INCREASES - Requests to increase the number of packages may be made at anytime, subject to availability. A new contract will be sent for package increases and will need to adhere to the same payment policies. Contracts sent as a result of package increases are NOT subject to the same policies in regard to a refund for reductions. If your group elects to increase the number of packages above the original contracted amount, you forfeit your group's rights to reduce package quantities.
Requests to either reduce or increase the number of packages must be made by the group in writing. All requests will be reviewed by the Pro Football Hall of Fame before they can be guaranteed.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUND POLICY
Package cancellation requests must be made in writing and date stamped or postmarked no later than February 28, 2008. Cancellation requests may be sent via e-mail or mailed directly to the Pro Football Hall of Fame. A cancellation fee consisting of 10% of the total amount initially contracted will be deducted from the refund paid to the group. Cancellations will not be accepted after February 28, 2008.
Outdoor events are subject to weather. No rain checks or refunds will be available for any event cancelled or moved inside as a result of any cause including weather. Limited seating may be available for any event moved inside on a first arrival basis.
PACKAGE CONTENTS
All tickets and package contents will be shipped priority overnight via UPS Ground Service by a July 11, 2008 to the specified shipping address (post office boxes not accepted). All tickets and contents will be fully insured for shipping purposes. If any changes are made to your order or additional packages are ordered at a later date, packages may be shipped separately. The Pro Football Hall of Fame is not responsible for lost, destroyed or stolen tickets.
RESALE POLICIES
No third-party companies or auction-type website (such as E-Bay and the like) may be used for the resale of packages or any events for the Pro Football Hall of Fame Enshrinement Festival Fan Packages. Package tickets and events may not be resold on the Pro Football Hall of Fame's property, grounds or in any facility hosting an event deemed for the Pro Football Hall of Fame Enshrinement Festival. Violation will result in the immediate revocation of tickets and forfeiture of group package renewal privileges. No refund of any kind will be given to groups in violation of the above policies.
LOGO USAGE
The Pro Football Hall of Fame logo, the Pro Football Hall of Fame Festival logo, and Festival Theme logos are trademarked and by law, must be used under the approval of the Pro Football Hall of Fame or the Pro Football Hall of Fame Festival. These logos may be used for said promotional purposes only for events being held during the Pro Football Hall of Fame Enshrinement & Game Celebration. Use of the Pro Football Hall of Fame logo, Hall of Fame Festival logo, and Festival Theme logo must be approved prior to print and production. These logos may not be reproduced on any merchandise product for sale or otherwise. If you would like to purchase merchandise with the Pro Football Hall of Fame logo, contact the Pro Football Hall of Fame directly. A customary lead-time of 6 to 8 weeks is required. Custom-designed products are available for your group.
