NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell and the NFLPA’s Executive Director DeMaurice Smith signed the new 10-year Collective Bargaining Agreement on Friday morning. The historical event took place on the Pro Football Hall of Fame’s front steps less than three miles from where the National Football League was founded on Sept. 17, 1920.
