Brown’s winning kick was preceded by a pair of 54-yard field goals earlier in the game to tie the NFL record of three field goals of 50 yards or longer in the same game.

Morten Andersen became the first kicker to achieve the feat of three 50-yarders in a game when he converted the field goals for the Atlanta Falcons against his former team, the New Orleans Saints, on December 10, 1995.  The mark was tied on October 24, 2004, when Neil Rackers kicked two 55-yarders and a 50-yard field goal during the Arizona Cardinals 25-17 win over the Seattle Seahawks on October 24, 2004.
