Paul Krause sets interception record

On December 2, 1979, Minnesota Vikings safety Paul Krause intercepted two passes in a game against the Los Angeles Rams.  This is the football from the first of those picks that day that allowed him to break the NFL mark for career interceptions previously shared with Hall of Famer Emlen Tunnell.

I was at this game in Los Angeles against the Rams. The second interception was the last play of the half. The Rams quarterback threw a hail Mary and the the rest of the Vikings and Rams all stood back and let Krause catch the ball. Sort of a strange play but they must have all been in on it.
