Maroon 5 to Perform at 2018 Concert for Legends

Maroon 5, one of pop music’s most enduring artists and the 21^st Century’s biggest acts, will headline the 2018 Concert for Legends on Sunday, Aug. 5 at 8 PM ET in Tom Benson Hall of Fame Stadium. The GRAMMY^® Award-winning multiplatinum powerhouse’s performance will close out the 2018 Pro Football Hall of Fame Enshrinement Week Powered by Johnson Controls.

Concert for Legends tickets go on sale Friday, March 9 at 10 a.m. ET and may be purchased at www.ProFootballHOF.com/tickets. Ticket prices range from $50 to $275.

Maroon 5 released their 6th studio album, Red Pill Blues, in late 2017 via 222/ Interscope; executive produced by J. Kash and Adam. The album features special guest appearances by SZA, Julia Michaels, A$AP Rocky and LunchMoney Lewis, the album includes a 10-track standard edition, as well as deluxe version. The debut single off the album, “What Lovers Do,” [feat. SZA] introduced the band’s latest body of work with a proverbial bang; accumulating over 429 million Spotify streams and 180 million YouTube/VEVO views. In its fourth year, the Concert for Legends featured past performances by Rock ‘n Roll Hall of Famers Aerosmith in 2015, music icon Tim McGraw in 2016, and artists Toby Keith and Kid Rock in 2017. Tom Benson Hall of Fame Stadium is a key component of the $899 million Johnson Controls Hall of Fame Village project underway on the Hall’s campus. The venue was designed as not only a great sports stadium but a spectacular entertainment complex that includes a permanent built-in stage at the 50-yard line for concerts.

The 2018 Enshrinement Week Powered by Johnson Controls will kick off with the Hall of Fame Game featuring the Chicago Bears against the Baltimore Ravens on Thursday, Aug. 2 at Tom Benson Hall of Fame Stadium. Then, the Class of 2018 – Bobby Beathard, Robert Brazile, Brian Dawkins, Jerry Kramer, Ray Lewis, Randy Moss, Terrell Owens and Brian Urlacher – will receive their coveted Gold Jackets at the nationally televised Enshrinees’ Gold Jacket Dinner on Friday night in front an audience of 4,500. The Enshrinement Ceremony will take place the following night (Saturday, Aug. 4). On Sunday, the Class of 2018 will participate in the Enshrinees’ Roundtable luncheon before Maroon 5 wraps up the week with the Concert for Legends.
