09/30/2013

Football fans inside Wembley Stadium in London on Sunday were witness to an exciting brand of NFL football as the Minnesota Vikings downed the Pittsburgh Steelers 34-27.

Two particular players scored long distance touchdowns in the game that draw comparisons to Hall of Fame legends.

Vikings running back Adrian Peterson scored on a 60-yard touchdown run in the second quarter on Sunday. It marked the 12th touchdown run of 60 or more yards in his career. No player in NFL history has had more 60-yard TD runs than Peterson. The next closest to him is Hall of Fame running back Jim Brown who had nine TD runs of 60 or more yards.
