2012 Group Fan Package Policies

A. GROUP FAN PACKAGES
2012 Enshrinement Festival Groups Package rates and policies apply to a minimum purchase of (20) twenty fan packages.

B. PACKAGE RESERVATIONS & PAYMENT
To reserve group fan packages, call (330) 456-8207 to request a contract. A limited number of packages will be sold on a first option basis. The contract will state all group package policies and procedures and hold your group liable for payment and adherence to policies. A contract must be signed and returned to the Hall of Fame with a $500 deposit to reserve the packages on a confirmed hold. The deposit will be applied toward the balance due. Deposits are non-refundable. A payment totaling 50% of the contract balance is due by March 30, 2012.
Final Balance is due by May 30, 2012.
Payments may be made by one of the following methods: Money Order, Company Check or Bank Check (make checks payable to the Pro Football Hall of Fame); personal checks will not be accepted. Credit Cards are accepted by request Visa, MasterCard or American Express. Package prices reflect a cash payment discount. A 2.5% price increase will apply for payments made via credit card.
C. PACKAGE REDUCTIONS - Changes to reduce the total number of packages on confirmed hold must be requested in writing to the Pro Football Hall of Fame no later than April 30, 2012. Your group may reduce no more than 20% of the original amount of contracted packages. After April 30, 2012, the total number of packages purchased may not fall below the amount contracted. At no point may the number of packages purchased fall below the package minimum of (20).
D. PACKAGE INCREASES - Requests to increase the number of packages may be made at any time, subject to availability. A new contract will be sent for package increase. Contracts sent as a result of package increases are NOT subject to the same policies in regard to a refund for reductions. If your group elects to increase the number of packages above the original contracted amount, you forfeit your group's rights to reduce package quantities.
Requests to either reduce or increase the number of packages must be made by the group in writing. All requests must be reviewed and formally approved in writing by the Pro Football Hall of Fame before they can be guaranteed.
E. CANCELLATIONS & REFUND POLICY
Package cancellation requests must be made in writing and date stamped or postmarked no later than April 30, 2012. Cancellation requests may be sent via e-mail or mailed directly to the Pro Football Hall of Fame. Cancellations will not be accepted after April 30, 2012. All deposits are non-refundable.
Non-performance due to adverse weather conditions; outdoor events are subject to weather. No rain checks or refunds will be available for any event cancelled or moved inside as a result of any cause including weather.
F. PACKAGE CONTENTS
Tickets will be shipped via UPS Ground Service by July 16, 2012 to the specified shipping address (post office boxes not accepted). If any changes are made to your order or additional packages are ordered at a later date, package items may be shipped separately (additional shipping fees may apply). The Pro Football Hall of Fame is not responsible for lost, destroyed or stolen tickets.
G. RESALE POLICIES
Fan packages may be resold by established group or tour companies to individual fans. The resale of packages must be conducted between the contracted group and interested customer only; no third-party companies or auction-type website (such as E-Bay and the like) may be used for the resale of packages or any events for the Pro Football Hall of Fame Enshrinement Festival Fan Packages. Package tickets and events may not be resold on the Pro Football Hall of Fame's property, grounds or in any facility hosting an event deemed for the Pro Football Hall of Fame Festival. Violation will result in the immediate revocation of tickets and forfeiture of group package renewal privileges. No refund of any kind will be given to groups in violation of the above policies.
H. LOGO USAGE
The Pro Football Hall of Fame logo, the Pro Football Hall of Fame Enshrinement Festival logo, and Enshrinement Festival Theme logos are trademarked and by law, must be used under the approval of the Pro Football Hall of Fame or the Pro Football Hall of Fame Festival. These logos may be used for said promotional purposes only for events being held during the Pro Football Hall of Fame Enshrinement Festival. Use of the Pro Football Hall of Fame logo, Hall of Fame Enshrinement Festival logo, and Festival Theme logo must be approved prior to print and production. These logos may not be reproduced on any merchandise product for sale or otherwise.
