Free Kids Friday

The Pro Football Hall of Fame hosted Free Kids Friday, a popular Thanksgiving tradition, on Friday, Nov. 25 for families to enjoy a day at the museum.

With nearly 4,000 people in attendance, all kids 12-years-old and younger received free admission and a grab bag full of football merchandise donated by over 60 NFL Licensees when accompanied by an adult purchasing a regular adult admission. Each kid also received a Panini sticker book and the Hall of Fame Class of 2011 Collector cards.

Kids had the opportunity to participate throughout the day in many activities including a football scavenger hunt and some interactive games. Children also participating in contests that included the chance to win a birthday party at the Hall of Fame or one of 30 gift cards to the Pro Football Hall of Fame Store. There was a special "Red Zone" interactive area and a football throwing contest. Santa Claus and Chomps from the Cleveland Browns were also in attendance for guests to enjoy.

Free Kids Friday was presented by The Repository, Pinnacle Press, Ohio State Waterproofing and Panini. SARTA also offered a complimentary shuttle for those guests who parked at McKinley High School.

Next year, Free Kids Friday will be on Friday, Nov. 23, 2012.
