Many of Peyton Manning's milstone moments are preserved in Canton.

1998: Rookie jersey:

The first overall pick in the 1998 NFL Draft, Peyton Manning set rookie records in completions (326), attempts (575), yards 3,739), and touchdowns (26). Manning wore this jersey during his record-setting rookie season.


2003: Third “Perfect Game”

Peyton Manning wore this jersey on Sept. 28, 2003 when he became the first QB in NFL history to throw three “Perfect Games.”

A player is credited with a “Perfect Game” when he records a 158.3 passer rating.


2008: MVP Uniform

Peyton Manning won his third Associated Press MVP Award in 2008. He presented this uniform from his MVP season to the Pro Football Hall of Fame during a special halftime ceremony at Lucas Oil Stadium on Aug. 20, 2009.


2010: Consecutive start mark

Peyton Manning and Jeff Saturday recorded their 160th consecutive start together on Nov. 1, 2010, breaking the previous NFL record held by Minnesota Vikings quarterback Fran Tarkenton and center Mick Tingelhoff.

 

2013: Seven TD passes in a game!

Peyton Manning wore this jersey and threw this ball when on Sept. 5, 2013 when he tied a single-game record for most TD passes in a game (7).

2013: 50/5,000

Jersey and cleats worn by Manning and the ball the threw on Dec. 22, 2013 when he broke the NFL single-season record for TD passes and became the first player to record 50 TD passes and throw for 5,000 yards in the same season.


2013: One pass, two records!

With his final pass of the 2013 NFL season, Peyton Manning connected with receiver Demaryius Thomas for a five-yard TD. The play not only added six points to the scoreboard, it also set two new NFL marks for Manning: 55 TD passes for the season and a single-season passing record of 5,477 yards.   


2014: 509!

This is the football thrown by Manning for his record-breaking 509th career passing TD on Oct. 19, 2014. Two days later the ball was on display in Canton.
