Sam Darnold will set NFL record in first start

Sam Darnold, who is 21 years, 97 days old today, will become the youngest quarterback to start a season-opening game in the Super Bowl era. New England’s DREW BLEDSOE previously set the record on September 5, 1993 against Buffalo at 21 years, 203 days old.
