Garcia, Davis Jerseys Arrive at Hall

The jerseys worn by Cleveland Browns  quarterback Jeff Garcia and wide receiver Andre' Davis have arrived in Canton.  The jerseys are from the 99-yard TD play that the duo connected on against the Cincinnati Bengals on October 17, 2004.
