The Pro Football Hall of Fame was the recipient of a Letter of Commendation from Ohio Governor John R. Kasich last evening during a reception at the Ohio Statehouse attended by elected officials and staff of the Ohio General Assembly and Governor Kasich’s office. The letter was presented to the Pro Football Hall of Fame by Budget Director Tim Keen on behalf of the Governor who was unable to attend due to a late change to his schedule. In his letter, Governor Kasich stated that “Ohio is honored to be the home of the Pro Football Hall of Fame,” and acknowledged that it is “widely regarded as America’s premier sports museum and showplace and as one of Ohio’s best known tourist destinations.”
