Stadium Screening & Prohibited Items

Prior to entering stadium gates, all guests will be subject to security screening which includes pat downs and inspections of all bags and items entering the stadium. Any prohibited item must be returned to your vehicle. To ensure that you are in your seat in time, please allow an extra 30 minutes at the turnstile entrances.

Event Cancellation Policy

It will be at management's discretion to declare if there has been "sufficient" performance of the Concert for Legends if inclement weather interrupts the show before its conclusion.  There will be refunds issued if the concert is cancelled due to inclement weather.

Smoking

Smoking is prohibited in Tom Benson Hall of Fame Stadium.

Ticket Purchases

Tickets for Pro Football Hall of Fame events may be purchased at www.profootballhof.com/tickets or at the Pro Football Hall of Fame Box Office.  Be advised that the Pro Football Hall of Fame cannot guarantee the authenticity of tickets obtained through any other source. Counterfeit and other invalid tickets will not be honored by the Pro Football Hall of Fame.

Reselling of Tickets

The Pro Football Hall of Fame (PFHOF) does not condone the practice of reselling PFHOF event tickets above face value.  The following actions have and will be taken when there is evidence that an individual or group has been found to have sold or offered PFHOF event tickets above face value, and when tickets have been sold via a ticket broker/agency.

Renewal Tickets

If any individual is found to have sold or offered PFHOF event tickets above face value, or have been sold via a ticket broker/agency who in turn resells the tickets for an amount greater than face value, they will be denied ticket privileges for a minimum period of 5 years. In addition, the individual will not receive the same seat location if/when the privilege is reinstated.

Individual Tickets

If any individual is found to have sold or offered tickets above face value, offered or sold tickets as part of a travel package, lodging or rental agreement or accommodations purchase (without prior written approval from the PFHOF) or when tickets have been sold via a ticket broker/agency who in turn resells the tickets for an amount greater than face value of the tickets, they will be denied ticket privileges for a minimum period of 2 years.

Repeat offenders will be subject to stricter penalties up to and including permanent revocation.

Please Note:

Face value is defined as the face value of the ticket is the amount printed on the face of the ticket. It would not include any amount paid in order to maintain the option of purchasing the tickets or any ticket fees (i.e., facility fee, etc.).

Should you opt to purchase tickets from a source other than an authorized Pro Football Hall of Fame point of purchase, please be aware of the following:

  • The Pro Football Hall of Fame is not responsible for tickets purchased through unauthorized third parties, such as ticket brokers, scalpers or online outlets.
  • Tickets purchased from third parties may not be valid and do not guarantee admission into an event.
  • Tickets purchased from third parties are usually priced much higher than the ticket’s face value so you will pay more than the price charged by the Pro Football Hall of Fame for the same ticket.
  • The Pro Football Hall of Fame cannot replace such tickets if lost or stolen and cannot contact you with information regarding time changes, show cancellations, or other pertinent information.  You will need to contact the seller regarding your lost or stolen ticket.
  • Tickets are good only for the event for which they are purchased and only for the seat for which they are issued.  Tickets are not transferrable.  Tickets are limited revocable licenses which may be revoked at the sole discretion of the Pro Football Hall of Fame
  • Without our prior permission, resale of tickets to the Pro Football Hall of Fame event(s) above face value, is prohibited.  Any such attempted resale is grounds for cancellation without compensation and will void the ticket (whether this occurs before or after the ticket has been printed).
  • The original owner is ultimately responsible for his/her tickets.  Your adherence to this policy is appreciated.
