The Pro Football Hall of Fame and Kay Jewelers, the Official Jewelry Store of the Hall, will celebrate the excellence of four Hall of Fame Chicago Bears on Monday night when the Bears square off against the Minnesota Vikings, in a divisional rival.

During a halftime presentation, at Soldier Field, Dick Butkus, Richard Dent, Dan Hampton and Gale Sayers will receive their Hall of Fame Ring of Excellence. This ring symbolizes one of the three iconic representations of being a part of an elite group, the Pro Football Hall of Fame.

All three symbols – the Gold Jacket, the Bronzed Bust, and the Ring of Excellence – will be displayed during the halftime presentation during which the Hall’s President, David Baker, will present the legendary Bears players with their official Hall of Fame Ring of Excellence.

“This Monday night Chicago will be the 17th Kay’s Ring of Excellence presentations to Hall of Famers, said President, Baker. “They receive their coveted third icon, the Hall of Fame Ring, joining the two other Gold Jacket and Bronze Bust.  These halftime ceremonies are televised to millions of viewers and to date, in front over 2,000,000 fans. It is our way to Honor the Heroes of the Game, Preserve its History, Promote Its Values and Celebrate Excellence Everywhere and we are honored to do so"

Most recently, Green Bay Packers legend Brett Favre returned back to Lambeu Field and received his Ring of Excellence. Early this fall, his classmate, Orlando Pace along with other Los Angeles Rams greats, Eric Dickerson, Tom Mack, Jackie Slater and Jack Youngblood were all a part of the inaugural Pro Football Hall of Fame Ring of Excellences Presentations.
