Helping to fulfill its mission to promote the values taught through playing the game of football, the Pro Football Hall of Fame opened an exhibit titled, simply, “Character.”The job of an NFL owner often comes with much scrutiny.

When the team succeeds, they might get some credit. If it fails, they take the blame.

What does it take to be an owner? Put yourself in their shoes.

You need to be able to work with people and LEAD them in the same direction. When it comes time to help your community, be the first in line to help.
