Class of 2019 Lockers Exhibit Now Open

The Class of 2019 Lockers Exhibit opened and showcases artifacts from the eight members of the Class of 2019 – Champ Bailey, Pat Bowlen, Gil Brandt, Tony Gonzalez, Ty Law, Kevin Mawae, Ed Reed and Johnny Robinson. The exhibit is located in the Interactive Area of the Museum and highlights significant milestones from the life and career of each enshrinee.

“These historic treasures commemorate momentous occasions in each of their football careers as well as their excellence off the field,” shared Hall of Fame Vice President of Exhibits/ Museum Services Saleem Choudhry. “The exhibit captures some of the top moments of these legends’ lives and is now available for fans to enjoy.”

Among the featured artifacts are a variety of items
from helmets, jerseys and cleats to scouting reports, awards and newspapers. The following is a sampling of the unique items that are on display in the exhibit.

GIL BRANDT

  • Brandt’s Dallas Cowboy boots
  • Game ball presented to Brandt in 1988 after 250th Cowboys franchise win

TONY GONZALEZ

  • 1998 Kansas City Chiefs helmet
  • Chiefs jersey worn by Gonzalez on Jan. 1, 2005 when he broke the NFL record for most receptions in a single season by a tight end
