As part of a joint effort with museums in Stark and Tuscarawas Counties looking to provide some educational opportunities, the Pro Football Hall of Fame is helping to present content for teachers, parents and students every Friday at Noon. So far, the Hall of Fame Youth and Education team has covered “Careers in the NFL,” “Walter Payton Man of the Year,” “The Story of Pro Football” and “Movement and Motion.” These programs can be viewed on the Pro Football Hall of Fame’s Facebook page - www.facebook.com/ProFootballHOF

This Friday, the Pro Football Hall of Fame is proud to present another 30-minute Educational Program focused on one of the the three iconic symbols that embodies the essence of a Hall of Famer: the Bronzed Bust.

The Hall of Fame Youth and Education team, along with one of our GREAT Hall of Fame Docents, takes a look at what goes into making these bronzed busts – and it is not as east as you think!! There are many small details that go into each individual bust. From what each Hall of Famer wants it to look like to the smallest of details that were included to actually how the bust is made, you will learn it all!

The Pro Football Hall of Fame wants those who are viewing this program to see that this process is not just a “trophy” or another “award” – it is the epitome of success in the game of football. The bust itself is a piece of art and the process is taken very seriously by current sculptor, Blair Buswell.

This video is part of a 6-part Educational video series created by the Hall of Fame’s Youth and Education Department for parents, teachers and students to help further their education from home or the classroom.
