Hall of Fame Village Inspires City Leaders
Hall of Fame Village, a $500 million development of the Pro Football Hall of Fame campus in Canton, Ohio, is currently under way. The project has inspired Canton city leaders and business owners to try and continue with the football theme across the city and redevelop downtown to truly make Canton “Hall of Fame City.” Their ideas include installing the world's largest football, adding more football-related art and renaming streets, restaurants and popular gathering spaces.
An economic feasibility study indicates that HOF Village will have a dramatic impact on the region and state for decades. During its peak year the project will create more than 13,000 new jobs and over a 25-year period HOF Village will generate $15.3 Billion in cumulative net new total economic output within Stark County, home of Hall of Fame Village.

Emmitt Smith's Reality Show Premieres on OWN Network
Gold Jacket and former Dallas Cowboys running back Emmitt Smith found success on the field with help from his teammates. Now with a new supporting cast, and his leading lady, his wife Pat, by his side Smith is finding success off the field and on the screen. Emmitt and Pat’s new reality show “Mrs. & Mr. Smith” premiered during an hour-long special on the Oprah Winfrey Network last Saturday.
U.S. ARMY AND PRO FOOTBALL HALL OF FAME HONOR LEHIGH ACRES STUDENT-ATHLETE
Yesterday the U.S. Army and the Pro Football Hall of Fame visited Lehigh Senior High School in Lehigh Acres, Fla. to recognize Wadley Pierre as a U.S. Army–Pro Football Hall of Fame Award for Excellence finalist. Pro Football Hall of Fame linebacker and former Los Angeles Rams, Pittsburgh Steelers, San Francisco 49ers and Carolina Panthers legend Kevin Greene presented the prestigious award to Pierre before his fellow classmates and family during a formal ceremony.
