Love at the Hall of Fame

William and Erika LaChance wanted to create a memorable experience for their wedding. They both love football so they decided there was no better place for them to get married than at the mecca of football - the Pro Football Hall of Fame.

The couple traveled from Dudley, Mass. to Canton, Ohio to say “I do” in front of 295 of the greatest football players, coaches and contributors – well at least their busts. The couple did bring some of their closest family and friends to witness the joyous occasion and experience the Hall of Fame.

“We chose it because football is an important aspect of our family,” explained Erika. “The memories and that the Hall of Fame helped create are unique.”

Their ceremony was officiated by a “referee” who was really a professional wedding minister/officiant from Canton.

After the LaChances’ got married, they toured the museum. The die hard New England Patriots fans were excited to see artifacts worn by members of the team, especially Tom Brady.

“What better way to begin our married life together than to check off a bucket list item at the same time?” exclaimed William.

The pair were extremely satisfied with their experience at the Hall.  They shared that the hospitality staff made their day more special than they could imagine. If you’re interested in hosting an event at the Hall of Fame, visit our hospitality page or call 330-456-8207 to plan today.
