Thousands of Miami Dolphins fans made the trek to Canton, Ohio this past August to witness the induction of Dan Marino into the Pro Football Hall of Fame. Now, the Hall of Fame is going to South Florida!

The Dolphins have planned an extravagant week-long exhibit preceding Marino’s ring ceremony during halftime of the October 23 game against the Kansas City Chiefs at Dolphins Stadium.

Among the many pieces from Canton that will be on display later this month are the bronze busts of Marino and all of the other Dolphins Hall of Famers: coach Don Shula, and players Nick Buoniconti, Larry Csonka, Bob Griese, Jim Langer, Larry Little, Dwight Stephenson and Paul Warfield.

Some other items on loan from the Hall of Fame include:
A football from the Miami Dolphins perfect season
Glasses worn by Bob Griese
The helmet worn by Jim Langer during the 1972 Pro Bowl
1983 football commemorating the 1983 enshrinement of Paul Warfield
Super Bowl VIII commemorative football
The shirt worn by Don Shula when he won his record 325th game
Four footballs thrown by Dan Marino when he set the NFL career marks for passing attempts, completions, yards, and touchdowns
