Guests visiting the Pro Football Hall of Fame during this year’s Enshrinement Week Powered by Johnson Controls will have the opportunity to support our country’s greatest heroes – its military veterans – through Operation Gridiron, an initiative to benefit the United States Veterans Chamber of Commerce (USVCC).

Operation Gridiron is a charitable effort led by Endurance Zone™ in partnership with the Pro Football Hall of Fame and the USVCC to generate funds to support veterans. Operation Gridiron’s goal is to raise $100,000 for the USVCC over Enshrinement Week. Assisting in that effort will be seven members of the Hall of Fame: MORTEN ANDERSEN, CRIS CARTER, TERRELL DAVIS, JOE DeLAMIELLEURE, WARREN MOON, ANDRE REED and WILL SHIELDS.

The Hall of Famers will appear in the Endurance Zone™ Operation Gridiron booth during the Fun Fest at various times from Thursday through Sunday on the Hall’s campus. They will ride stationary bikes in the booth to promote the fundraising effort and compete to get the most miles for the different U.S. military branches. Guests can back the Hall of Famers – and Operation Gridiron – through their donations to USVCC.

The contributions will provide vital funds for veterans while earning the contributor rewards toward many great brands and products. As a bonus, those who donate will be entered into a competition to win prizes during Enshrinement Week, including a Michael Phelps Legend Series Hot Tub from Master Spas.

“USVCC is honored to be partnered with the Endurance Zone™ Team as part of Operation Gridiron during this year’s double Enshrinement ceremony at the Pro Football Hall of Fame in Canton,” said Rick Weidman, Chairman of the USVCC and former Executive Director for Policy & Government Affairs for the Vietnam Veterans of America, Army (Ret). “This partnership, with the support of the public, enables USVCC to continue its support to the veteran adaptive sports community as part of our efforts to support the resiliency and healing of American’s veterans and their families. Organizations like Endurance Zone demonstrate the very best of humanity and what is possible when people, from all walks of life, come together for a common goal.”

“The Pro Football Hall of Fame is proud to partner with Endurance Zone to stage ‘Operation Gridiron’ over the next week as a way to further support the vital work being done through the USVCC,” said Pat Lindesmith, Chief Partnership Officer & Senior Vice President of Gold Jacket Relations. “This continues a growing relationship with the USVCC leading into the 2023 Warrior Games in Canton and reflects our shared mission to honor heroes and celebrate excellence.”
