HOF Game moves to NBC and Sunday night

John Madden and Al Michaels will continue to serve as the announce team for the annual Pro Football Hall of Fame game in 2006 it was announced by NBC today.  Michaels and Madden's NBC debut will come on Sunday night, August 6, in the preseason classic from Canton's Fawcett Stadium.

Madden will be enshrined into the Hall of Fame during enshrinement ceremonies held on Saturday August 5th. He was elected to the Hall of Fame on the day before Super Bowl XL along with quarterbacks Troy Aikman and Warren Moon, linebacker Harry Carson, defensive lineman Reggie White, and tackle Rayfield Wright .  The time for the enshrinement is set at 1:00 PM.

Teams for the game are expected to be announced in March.
