Hall of Fame to Honor Sanders in Race

The Pro Football Hall of Fame will be honoring Charlie Sanders in Sunday’s Gold Jacket 5k race by placing a special sticker on each runner’s racing bib.
The race is being held in Detroit and will feature Gold Jacket Joe DeLamielleure. The former offensive lineman will high-five runners as they cross the finish line.
The Gold Jacket 5k race series has been held in other cities such as Canton, Cincinnati and Pittsburgh and will conclude in Buffalo on Aug. 16. The fastest man and woman from each race to finish first will receive an all-expense paid trip to Canton to compete in the Championship Race held in September.
