Legislators from across the Midwest had an opportunity to tour the Pro Football Hall of Fame on Wednesday as part of the Midwest National Conference held in Cleveland this year.

The conference is based on a bipartisan initiative to bring government officials together outside of the workplace. The goal is to provide them with an opportunity to interact and work closely together to help solve issues that affect many of the Midwest states. Nearly 20 states were represented as each legislator attended different seminars and work sessions throughout a week span.

Their visit to the Hall of Fame capped the conference.  The group was addressed by Hall of Fame President/Executive Director Steve Perry and engaged in a Q & A session with Vice President – Communications/Exhibits Joe Horrigan. The politicians then received a behind the scenes peek of the Hall of Fame archives before embarking on a tour of the museum.
