Pro Football Hall of Fame partners with Texas vs. Nation

The Texas vs. the Nation all-star challenge held a press conference Thursday to announce the new partnership with the Pro Football Hall of Fame. The press conference was held at the Durham Center on the campus of the University of Texas at El Paso, in El Paso, Texas.

Kenny Hansmire, President and CEO of Texas vs. the Nation, joined David R. Motts, Vice President of Marketing /Operations for the Pro Football Hall of Fame, to announce some of the new and exciting opportunities and attractions Texas vs. the Nation will be bringing to El Paso next year.   Mayor John Cook and Judge Anthony Cobos spoke on behalf of the city and county of El Paso about this exciting addition to the Texas vs. the Nation team.

“We are proud that this synergy came together to form this partnership with Texas vs. the Nation,” said Motts, “it steps up the Pro Football Hall of Fame brand and will enhance the level of this bowl game in the up and coming years.”

This partnership is a five-year agreement with another five-year option at the end of it for the Pro Football Hall of Fame. Also, the city and county of El Paso are in its third year of a 10-year commitment to the game at the Sun Bowl Stadium.

The 4th annual Texas vs. the Nation all-star challenge will be held at Sun Bowl Stadium on Saturday, February 6, 2010.
