Pro Football Hall of Fame to feature barn painter and NFL greats

The Pro Football Hall of Fame is celebrating its 40th Anniversary in 2003. As part of the celebration, the Hall of Fame will feature veteran Bicentennial barn painter Scott Hagan May 16-17 for a painting exposition.

Artist Scott Hagan has painted the Bicentennial  logo on a barn in each  of Ohio's 88 counties.Hagan will paint both the Ohio Bicentennial logo and a special Pro Football Hall of Fame 40th Anniversary logo on a 30' x 38' canvas that will hang on the side of the building.

The Hall of Fame will host a special ceremony on Saturday, May 17 at 10 a.m., with Hagan and Ohio native Hall of Famers Larry Csonka and Don Shula. The two former Miami Dolphin greats will finish and personally sign the painting along with Hagan.

Following the Bicentennial painting ceremony, Csonka and Shula will take part in autograph signings inside the Hall of Fame from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. Their appearances are part of the Hall of Fame's Best of Yesterday and Today series. Hagan will also be on hand to sign autographs.
