The Pittsburgh Steelers 75th Anniversary Exhibit premiered at the Hall of Fame on Thursday June 28th.
On hand for the Ribbon cutting were (L-R) Steve Perry, President/Executive Director of the Pro Football Hall of Fame; Jim Rooney, President and a Partner of AMTV, LLC and grandson of Steelers founder Art Rooney; Hall of Famer Franco Harris, and former Steeler Andy Russell.
Prior to the opening of the exhibit, guests were treated to a reception in the Hall's Plaza tent.

Following the reception, Jim Rooney, Andy Russell, and Franco Harris were on hand to share memories of their days with the Pittsburgh Steelers as well as answer questions for guests.

When introduced, Andy Russell was greeted by chants of "Hall of Fame!" by the excited crowd.
At the conclusion of his speech, Franco presented Hall of Fame President/Executive Director Steve Perry with a piece of the field from Three Rivers Stadium. The piece of field is from the spot where the "Immaculate Reception" occurred.

At the conclussion of the evening, guests became the first visitors to tour the new exhibit.
