The Pro Football Hall of Fame can provide, at no additional charge, on-site Audio-Visual Assistance and the following:
- Public Address System
- Computer Compatible LCD Projector (which can connect to your laptop)
-NFL Films Theater 12’ x 12’ built-in screen
-2nd Floor Conference Room 8’ x 8’ pull-down screen
- Lectern with Microphone, wireless hand-held microphone and wireless lavaliere microphone or lapel.
- DVD, CD and VHS capabilities
- Wireless internet connection (request MUST be made prior to event)
- Display Easels
*All audio-visual material used in the Hall of Fame system should be delivered to the Hall 5-7 days prior to the event
*All of the above AV Equipment is available on a first come, first serve basis
Available upon request:
- Personalized videos can be created prior to your event by our Audio Visual Department for a flat fee, starting at $200.00. All materials to produce DVD or VHS are required 10 days prior to the event.
- Our Audio Visual can record your event/program/speaker/etc. and produce a DVD or VHS that you may take with you at the end of your event. Pricing is determined on a case by case basis, based on exact needs.
*If you need additional equipment to ensure a successful event, we will be happy to assist you. We will obtain pricing from our vendors and coordinate the delivery/setup.
