There are three physical icons that signify an individual’s induction into the Pro Football Hall of Fame. Each enshrinee received their Hall of Fame Gold Jacket on the eve of the Enshrinement in Canton each summer. The bronze bust is unveiled during the Enshrinement ceremony and then placed permanently on display inside the Hall of Fame.
The third symbol, the Hall of Fame Ring, is presented to the Hall of Famer during a special presentation at his team’s stadium. The Class of 2013 – Larry Allen, Cris Carter, Curley Culp, Jonathan Ogden, Bill Parcells, Dave Robinson, and Warren Sapp – will be first to be presented with the newly designed Hall of Fame ring.

Proud Partner of the Pro Football Hall of Fame.
The Pro Football Hall of Fame decided to update the design of the official Hall of Fame rings, for only the third time in the 50-year history of the institution. The Hall of Fame knew that Kay® Jewelers would be able to provide a ring befitting this special occasion and the remarkable accomplishments of this year’s inductees.
“In addition to celebrating the elite fraternity that these men are entering, we also wanted the ring design to reflect each censhrinee’s unique career through intricate detail and state-of-the-art craftsmanship,” commented George Murray senior vice president of marketing, Kay® Jewelers.
THE NEW DESIGN
Outer diamonds create a “stadium” effect surrounding a football-shaped diamond center.
The blue gemstone was selected for appearance and meaning, as blue is often associated with depth and stability and represents confidence, power and integrity – traits that are certainly consistent with Hall of Famers.
Each ring is also customized to reflect the individual enshrinee’s career:
Likeness of HOF bust, along with his position and years, on one side.
Other side includes name, Hall of Fame logo, and Class year.
Extra special and personal touch, there’s a marking on the inside of the ring with the 50th Anniversary logo and the individual’s enshrinement number.
