Summer Internship Program FAQ

How do I apply?

The 2024 Summer Internship Program has been filled. The 2025 Summer Internship Program will be open for applications in October 2024.
 

Who is eligible for an internship?

To be considered for the Pro Football Hall of Fame Summer Internship Program, students must have completed at least their sophomore year and be enrolled in a bachelor's, master's or doctorate degree program at a college or university during the internship, or have just graduated no sooner than the December prior to the internship.

Is a stipend offered?

Yes, all interns receive a $5,000 stipend paid throughout the duration of the internship.

Can I receive college credit for the internship?

Yes, if an applicant is seeking college credit, the Pro Football Hall of Fame will work to meet all necessary requirements.

When will applicants be notified of their acceptance?

Applicants will be notified no later than March 1, 2024 of their application status.

What are the start and end dates of the internship?

The 2024 Summer Internship Program begins Monday, June 3 and concludes Monday, Aug. 5, 2024.

How many hours will I work?

The work schedule varies for interns depending on the needs of each department. Some interns will work weekends, holidays and evenings. All interns will accumulate approximately 40 hours per week with extended hours expected during Enshrinement Week. Interns do not receive vacation or personal days and are expected to work each week for the duration of the internship.
