
The Black College Football Hall of Fame Classic is an annual game featuring two HBCU teams playing in Canton, Ohio, at Tom Benson Hall of Fame Stadium on Labor Day Weekend. This weekend is more than the game; it’s a weekend filled with exhilarating fun, tailgating, music and other entertainment.
Classic Game
The annual Black College Football Hall of Fame Classic returns to Tom Benson Hall of Fame Stadium in 2022. The game will feature Morehouse College and Virginia Union University.

Faith, Family and Football Gospel Concert presented by the Good Feet Store
As a part of the downtown Canton BCFHOF Classic Fun Fest, Saturday, September 3. will be highlighted with a free gospel concert featuring one of gospel’s most legendary artists, Dove, Stellar, and Grammy Award winner Fred Hammond at Centennial Plaza from 5:30 - 8 p.m. The concert is free, but tickets for VIP seating are available for purchase.
Classic Fun Fest powered by PNC
This Classic tradition was one of last year’s most exciting gatherings! Non-stop entertainment, including music, karaoke, line dancing, games, prizes and talent show. Food trucks and some of the area’s best vendors show off Canton’s finest. Very special “must-see” appearances by Central State and Winston-Salem State universities’ marching bands.
College Fair
High school students are invited to join dozens of colleges from across the country, including more than 20 Historically Black Colleges and Universities, such as Clark Atlanta, Bethune-Cookman and Jackson State, at the 3rd Annual Classic College Fair at the Pro Football Hall of Fame in Canton, Ohio.
