Will Call
All walk-up ticket sales and will call pick-ups will be made available on the following days at the Will Call office on Harrison Ave. near 17th Street:

Picking Up Tickets
Customers will be required to present a valid state or government issued photo ID, driver's license or passport. A valid ID must be duly issued by a government agency and include a photo and a signature.
The Will Call office will not release tickets if the name on the ID does not match the name used to purchase the tickets or if the photo on the ID does not appear to be the photo of the person retrieving the tickets.
It is recommended to bring the order number of ticket purchase and the credit card used to purchase the tickets.
If the ticket purchaser, whose name is on the order, would like to authorize another person to pick up the tickets at Will Call, the purchaser is required to alert the ticket office of the change prior to pick up (see contact information below). The person picking up the tickets will also be required to present a valid photo ID otherwise the tickets will not be released.
Misplaced Tickets
In the event that a customer misplaces or fails to bring their tickets to the event, the Pro Football Hall of Fame has the discretion to reprint/re-issue those tickets. A valid ID and/or order number must be presented in order to reprint/re-issue any tickets.

Parking & Shuttle Service
**Parking is not available on the HOF Campus during Enshrinement Week Powered by Johnson Controls (8/4/21 - 8/9/21)**
Uber & Lyft Drop Off/Pick Up
Due to the security perimeter that surrounds the Pro Football Hall of Fame and Tom Benson Hall of Fame Stadium guests cannot be dropped off or picked up at the Pro Football Hall of Fame or Tom Benson Hall of Fame Stadium.
Shuttles
The transportation (Uber, Lyft, etc.) drop off/pick up location is at the Stark County Fairgrounds which is located at 719 Wertz Avenue NW, Canton, which is a short distance from both campuses. Guests can be dropped curbside and then ride the HOF Shuttle directly to Tom Benson Hall of Fame Stadium.
The cost to ride the HOF Shuttle is $3.00 for an all-day pass. This drop off/pick up transportation location has been in place for the past four years. Please ensure that address is provided to your transportation driver.
Masks are required to be worn by all individuals on the shuttles due to current public transportation guidelines.
Wednesday, July 21 - Wednesday, August 4
Due to preparations for the enshrinements of the Centennial Class of 2020 and Class of 2021, visitor parking for the Pro Football Hall of Fame will be located at McKinley High School, adjacent to the Hall of Fame. Please set your GPS to 1779 Blake Ave. NW, Canton, Ohio, 44708. A shuttle (handicapped accessible) will provide transportation to and from this lot and the Hall of Fame's main entrance during normal operating hours, 8 a.m. through 9:30 p.m. daily. Your daily parking fee is $10 and will be assessed at the front desk at the museum main entrance.
Southbound I-77: Visitors traveling southbound can use exit 107A and travel through the traffic light onto Blake Ave. Continue for a half mile to McKinley High School. Parking is on the right.
Northbound I-77: Use exit 106 and turn left onto 13th Street and continue to the second traffic light and turn right onto Broad Avenue. Turn right onto 17th Street and parking will be on your left at McKinley High School.
August 5, August 7, August 8 & August 9 (Event Days)
There will be a closure of the exit ramp from I-77 south on event days. Closure of the ramp will ensure traffic does not back up on the interstate.
- Thursday (August 5th - Hall of Fame Game): Closure is scheduled to begin at 4:00pm.
- Saturday (August 7th - 2020 Enshrinement): Closure is scheduled to begin at 4:00pm.
- Sunday (August 8th - 2021 Enshrinement): Closure is scheduled to begin at 4:00pm.
- Monday (August 9th - Concert for Legends): Closure is scheduled to begin at 4:00pm.
This plan is subject to change to adjust for traffic volume.
August 5 (Hall of Fame Game)
Parking at the Hall of Fame and Tom Benson Hall of Fame Stadium will be closed to public parking but you do have an option.
You may park at the Stark County Fairgrounds and take advantage of the Hall of Fame Shuttle. Shuttle service is available for the Hall of Fame Game from 8:00 a.m. to one hour after the event ends. Parking is $20.00 per car and $200.00 per RV. Hall of Fame Shuttle service is $3.00 per person round trip all day pass. The Stark County Fairgrounds are located at 719 Wertz Ave. NW, Canton, Ohio.
Directions to Fairgrounds
Traveling southbound on Interstate 77, you should exit at Exit 105 (Tuscarawas Street). Turn right onto Tuscarawas Street and then turn right on Wertz Avenue. Continue to the Fairgrounds entrance at 719 Wertz Avenue. Fairgrounds entrance is on the left side.

There is no shuttle from the Stark County Fairgrounds on Friday.

During this time all parking on the Hall of Fame Campus will be closed to the public. Campus Rules
The safety of the Pro Football Hall of Fame’s visitors, volunteers, staff and collections is of the highest importance. We work hard every day to ensure the preservation of pro football’s treasures for the enjoyment of generations to come. When you visit the Pro Football Hall of Fame you will discover that we have measures to ensure your safety and the safety of the artifacts contained within.
All bags, purses, etc. will be subject to a physical search when entering the Hall of Fame Campus.

To provide a safer environment for the public and significantly expedite fan entry into stadiums, we have implemented an NFL policy that will be used at Tom Benson Hall of Fame Stadium for the Enshrinement Ceremony and Game that limits the size and type of bags that may be brought into stadiums. TIMES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE
The Pro Football Hall of Fame adheres to NFL Best Practices, thus security procedures used during all NFL games will be used at the Hall of Fame Game. As you arrive at the gate for your security check, you and your belongings will be screened for prohibited items. All stadium guests are subject to a magnetometer screen.

Due to enhanced NFL security procedures the only bags, packages or containers permitted to be carried by fans as they enter the stadium are the following:
An officially licensed clear Hall of Fame or NFL logo bag measuring 12” x 6” x 12”. These bags are available for purchase at store.profootballhof.com.
A one-gallon clear plastic freezer bag (Ziplock bag or similar).
A small women’s clutch bag approximately the size of a woman’s hand, with or without a strap.
Medically necessary items that will be admitted after being screened at any entrance gate.
PLEASE PLAN ON ALLOWING EXTRA TIME TO ENTER THE STADIUM. We thank you for your patience and understanding to ensure the safety of all guests. Prohibited items discovered during inspections will not be allowed in the Stadium. You may return prohibited items to your vehicle or dispose of them at the gate.
For a quicker entry into Tom Benson HOF Stadium for all events, we encourage patrons to enter the stadium through the Barr or Symphony Gates. We expect a higher amount of traffic for entry at the Harrison Gate.
By presenting your ticket and entering the Stadium you consent to such searches and waive any related claims that you might have against the NFL, its member clubs, the Pro Football Hall of Fame, Hall of Fame Village LLC and related entities, or their agents. If you elect not to consent to the searches you will be denied entry into the Stadium.
Note: Please review your tickets for admittance to the proper gate. All guests and permissible items will be subject to a physical screen and inspection upon entry.
For the health, safety and comfort of all guests, smoking and all other tobacco products to include: cigarettes, electronic cigarettes, smoking devices, vaping devices, dip tobacco and all other tobacco-related products are prohibited inside all of the areas of the stadium. Violators are subject to ejection and prosecution.
