Two great Patriots players who’ve been enshrined into the Pro Football Hall of Fame – guard John Hannah and linebacker Andre Tippett – will be on hand to sign a one-of-a-kind commemorative photo specially created for this event.
The Hall at Patriot Place is the temporary home to the Pro Football Hall of Fame’s traveling exhibit titled Pro Football and the American Spirit. With more than 2,000 square feet of exhibit space, large graphics, captivating video, three flat-screen displays and 40-plus artifacts, Pro Football and the American Spirit provides a unique look at how the National Football League has responded during times of crises and military conflicts. The exhibit will be at The Hall at Patriot Place through May 31, 2010.
Guard John Hannah is the first New England Patriots player to be elected to the Pro Football Hall of Fame. The Class of 1991 enshrinee was the team’s first round draft pick in 1973 out of Alabama. He became the premier guard of his era and earned All-Pro honors an amazing 10 straight seasons and was elected to nine Pro Bowls. JOHN HANNAH’S HOF BIO>>>
The most recent Patriots player to have a bronze bust placed in Canton, Class of 2008 enshrinee Andre Tippett starred at linebacker for New England from 1982-1993.
