The helmet worn by Troy Aikman during the 1992 NFL season has been added to the Hall of Fame's collection and is now on display in the Enshrinees Mementos Room. |
The Class of 2006 inductee donated the helmet he wore in '92 when he led the Dallas Cowboys to a 13-3 record en route to a victory in Super Bowl XXVII. Aikman threw for career highs in passing yards and touchdowns that season and then capped the year by winning Most Valuable Player honors in the Super Bowl.
