Belden Brick Company donates logo
The Belden Brick Company, headquartered in Canton, has had a long-standing history with the Hall of Fame. Like his father before him, the Belden Brick Company CEO Bill Belden, Jr. serves on the Pro Football of Fame’s Board of Trustees.
“This is the first time we’ve used a color coded brick application to create a logo like this,” commented Belden prior to the unveiling of the logo on Thursday, April 24. Belden was joined at the event by his son Brian, the company’s marketing manager.
The event plaza, a popular venue for the Hall’s many private and public events, was built in 2006 at a cost of $400,000. The funding for its construction came from the State of Ohio’s biennial capital appropriations bills and authorized through the Ohio Cultural Facilities Commission.
