OAC holds media day at the Hall of Fame

The Ohio Athletic Conference (OAC) held their annual football media day at the Hall of Fame on Tuesday, August 11. Teams in the OAC compete in NCAA Division III Athletics.
Members of the OAC include Baldwin Wallace College, Capital University, Heidelberg University, John Carroll University, Marietta College, Mount Union College, Muskingum University, Ohio Northern University, Otterbein College, and Wilmington College. At the event, the Mount Union College football team was voted No. 1 in both OAC media and coaches preseason polls.
The Purple Raiders, who also open the preseason as No. 1 in NCAA Division III, went 15-0 last season, winning both the OAC title and a 10th Division III national championship. Mount Union has won the last 17 straight and 20 OAC football titles overall. Pictured is Tim Gleason, Commissioner of the OAC.
