Elevator panel from Three Rivers Stadium
This panel was taken from the elevator of Three Rivers Stadium. Pittsburgh Steelers owner Art Rooney was in the elevator from which this panel is from and was on his way to congratulate his team on a fine season when the "Immaculate Reception" occured.
Expecting to console a team that was just defeated, he instead found a victorious club celebrating their dramatic victory when he stepped off the elevator. The founder of the Steelers had missed the most famous play in his team's history!
