The first Hall of Fame “Hog” to get ring

{GALLERY}On August 7 Russ Grimm became the first player from the Washington Redskins famed "Hogs" offensive line to be enshrined into the Pro Football Hall of Fame. On Sunday, he'll be the center of attention again, this time at the Redskins' home game against the Indianapolis Colts where he'll receive his Hall of Fame ring.

Grimm, who is on a bye week as an assistant coach with the Arizona Cardinals, will be presented his ring by Hall of Fame President/Executive Director Steve Perry during a halftime ceremony. As is customary with the Hall of Fame ring presentations the take place in the enshrinee's home stadium, the three symbols of Grimm's induction into the Hall of Fame will be on display.

Along with the ring, Grimm will wear his gold Hall of Fame jacket and his bronze bust will be placed on a pedestal at midfield of FedEx Field for the ceremony. Grimm received his gold jacket at the annual Enshrinees Dinner held in Canton on the eve of his enshrinement. Russ and his former coach Joe Bugel, who served as his presenter, unveiled the bronze bust together during the Enshrinement ceremony in Canton’s Fawcett Stadium.

Grimm is the 18th longtime member of the Redskins franchise to be elected to the Hall of Fame. The others include: George Allen, Cliff Battles, Sammy Baugh, Bill Dudley, "Turk" Edwards, Ray Flaherty, Joe Gibbs, Darrell Green, Ken Houston, Sam Huff, Sonny Jurgensen, George Preston Marshall, Wayne Millner, Bobby Mitchell, Art Monk, John Riggins, and Charley Taylor.
