Art Monk's record catch
Art Monk became the game’s all-time leading receiver in the Washington Redskins win over the Denver Broncos in front of a national television audience on Monday Night Football in Week 6 of the 1992 season. He broke the record when he caught his third pass in a row, a 10-yarder to the right sideline from quarterback Mark Rypien with 3:12 remaining in the game. He finished the game with 7 receptions for 69 yards.
