Willie Brown trade
This telegram from Al Davis to Denver Broncos’ GM/Coach Lou Saban in 1967 confirmed the trade of future Hall of Fame cornerback Willie Brown to the Oakland Raiders.
Brown, who signed with the Broncos as an undrafted free agent in 1963, starred with the Raiders through 1978. He recorded 54 career interceptions.
