InSTILLing Values
Just a few months ago Devon Still wasn’t sure if he ever wanted to play football again. On June 2, 2014, Leah Still, Devon’s 4-year-old daughter was diagnosed with pediatric cancer and doctors gave her a 50 percent chance of survival.

Head coach Marvin Lewis assured Still that his football family was there to help support him. The Bengals held fast in their support and signed him to their practice squad which enabled Still to keep his insurance which would help cover Leah’s medical expenses. Still was grateful for not only the insurance, but for the Bengals' support.

The Bengals then announced on Sept. 8 that it was donating all proceeds from sales of Still's number 75 jersey to pediatric cancer research.
$500,000 raised from jerseys, $35,000 from pldgit campaign, and $10,000 from @CincyShirts sales! Thanks for stepping up for a great cause!

New Orleans Saints coach Sean Payton purchased 100 of those jerseys.
After four rounds of chemotherapy, Leah’s tumor has shrunk from a softball size to something small enough that a surgery is scheduled for Sept. 25 to remove it from her abdomen.
