Hall’s original architect dies
The original architect and longtime friend of the Pro Football Hall of Fame, Bob Forsythe passed away at the age of 90 this past weekend. In addition to being a key partner of the architectural design team, Forsythe was also a member of the Hall of Fame’s original steering committee.
Forsythe was also a key member of the design teams for future expansions of the Hall of Fame. During a visit in 2011, he sat down to describe how the original domed building got its shape.

Forsythe last visited the Hall of Fame during the museum’s 50th Anniversary celebration last September.
