Hall of Fame Receives Jersey from Bengals Quarterback Andy Dalton
The Pro Football Hall of Fame received on Tuesday the jersey worn by Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Andy Dalton against the Pittsburgh Steelers on Nov. 1, 2015. He led his team to a 16-10 victory over the Steelers at Heinz Field in Pittsburgh to give the Bengals their first 7-0 start in franchise history. In doing so, Dalton reached his 23rd career road victory and tied Gold Jacket Dan Marino, Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger and Atlanta Falcons quarterback Matt Ryan for the most road wins by a starting quarterback in his first five seasons during the Super Bowl era.
The jersey can be seen on display in the Pro Football Today Gallery with other artifacts from the 2015 season.
Dalton hit the ground running in his first year in the NFL and hasn’t looked back. He was named the starter as a rookie in 2011 and has led the Bengals to the playoffs in each of his first four seasons. He currently has the Bengals sitting atop the AFC North as one of the NFL’s four remaining unbeaten teams.
Todd Gurley's Record Artifacts on Display in Hall of Fame
St. Louis Rams running back Todd Gurley wore this jersey and cleats in Week 8 of the 2015 NFL season when he rushed for 133 yards and 1 touchdown in the team’s 27-6 victory against the San Francisco 49ers.
