Actor and Musican Shares Importance of Music in Football
Actor and musician Thomas Ian Nicholas, best known for his starring roles in “Rookie of the Year” and the American Pie series, visited the Hall of Fame last summer. During his visit, he talked about the relationship between music and football.
“I think music plays an important role in everything. It’s one of those things where in any sort of moment you can hear a song and it can bring you back to a time. You hear those theme songs that football has and you’re just taken right there to your favorite game,” said Nicholas.
Nicholas is the lead singer and rhythm guitarist in the Thomas Ian Nicholas Band. The band has played in multiple countries and is currently on a nationwide tour.
The 2016 Concert for Legends will feature music superstar Tim McGraw. Concert for Legends tickets go on sale Wednesday, Jan. 27 at 10 am and may purchased online here or by calling 844-4HOFTIX (844-446-3849). Tickets prices: $40, $60, $80, $130, $180 and $230.
