Hall to Host 17th Annual Free Kids Friday
The Pro Football Hall of Fame’s 17th Annual FREE Kids Friday event will be held on Nov. 24 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. The yearly event takes place the day after Thanksgiving as a way of kicking off the holiday season and welcoming families to a fun-filled day of activities, holiday cheer, and giveaways.
All kids ages 12 and under, who are accompanied by an adult purchasing an admission at the regular rate of $25, will be admitted into the Hall of Fame free of charge. There must be one adult admission purchased for every four children. Additional children 12 years old and younger are $18 and kids age 13-18 who want to receive an NFL grab bag are $25. This FREE Kids Friday admission offer is not valid with any other discounts or coupons.
Every child, ages 18 and under, will receive a grab bag full of football merchandise provided by the Hall’s NFL licensed partners while supplies last. Many kid-friendly activities will take place throughout the day including inflatables, interactive docent presentations and games with prizes. Santa will be available for photos with visitors from 10:30 a.m. to noon and from 12:30 pm. to 2 p.m.
Toys for Tots will be collecting new toys and taking monetary donations during FREE Kids Friday. Guests can bring a new, unwrapped toy or make a monetary donation for a special prize.
Due to ongoing construction of Johnson Controls Hall of Fame Village, a nearly $800 million mixed-used development project underway on the Hall’s campus, there will be no parking at the Hall of Fame on the day of the event. Convenient parking will be available at McKinley High School and complimentary shuttles will transport guests to the Hall’s front door. The parking lot can be located by setting a GPS to 1700 Blake Avenue. A $10 parking fee will be charged per vehicle. Additional information about FREE Kids Friday can be found at http://www.profootballhof.com/events/free-kids-friday-2017/.
