HOF President David Baker to Collect Drew Brees Artifact
New Orleans Saints quarterback Drew Brees is just 200 yards from the NFL’s career passing yards record, which he is likely to break this week on Monday Night Football against the Washington Redskins, at home in New Orleans. David Baker, president of the Pro Football Hall of Fame, will be on the sidelines, ready to accept and deliver to Canton the football used to make the throw that breaks Peyton Manning’s mark of 71,940 passing yards.
HOF Productions will have coverage of the milestone, including video and photo footage of Brees presenting the football to Baker and the press conference from teammates and coaches about the record.
