Arch Manning, nephew of Peyton and Eli Manning, already impressing for high school team
It appears that the quarterback lineage in the Manning family will continue into a third generation.
Meet Arch Manning, the son of Cooper, nephew of Peyton and Eli Manning, and grandson of Archie Manning.
Arch will be a freshman in the fall, but is already impressing for the high school varsity football team. On Friday night, Arch played in a scrimmage for New Orleans' Isidore Newman School — the same school Cooper, Eli and Peyton attended. In his varsity debut, Arch — who already stands 6-foot-1 — threw for three touchdowns, while displaying accuracy, arm strength and even mobility (a skill that uncles Eli and Peyton aren't exactly known for).
Take a look at the highlights:
Of course, being a Manning, the 13-year-old Arch already is drawing interest from college football programs. Arch — who will be in the class of 2023 — has drawn interest from Ole Miss and Tennessee, per 247Sports. Peyton played at Tennessee, and Archie and Eli each played at Ole Miss.
