All-time list of Hall of Fame Presenters
Tracy Mawae will become the fifth wife to present a husband when she presents Kevin.
Brandt selected Dallas Cowboys owner JERRY JONES as his presenter. This will be the fourth time Jones has served as a presenter. Jones previously presented MICHAEL IRVIN (2007), EMMITT SMITH (2010) and LARRY ALLEN (2013).
Bailey chose Jack Reale, his agent, attorney and friend for the last 20 years, to present him on Aug. 3. “I am honored that Champ has chosen me,” said Reale. “It was truly a joy watching him grow and develop into the league’s best defensive back and I am proud to be here for the next step in his journey.”
Reed will be presented by his father, Edward Reed, Sr. This will be the ninth time a father has presented his son at enshrinement.
The group also includes the second ever trainer as a presenter. Steve “Greek” Antonopulos has worked for the Broncos franchise for 43 years and will serve as the presenter for Bowlen. The first trainer to present an enshrinee was Ed Abramoski for BILLY SHAW in 1999.
Gonzalez will be presented by his cousin and best friend, Dennis Allen. “He’s been there since the beginning. He’s been a huge part of my life on and off the field,” Gonzalez shared. “You got to have people that are going to tell you the truth in a loving way. You don’t have to be brutally honest. You can be lovingly honest. He has always been very lovingly honest with me.”
Robinson’s stepson, Bob Thompson, will serve as his presenter. “There really aren’t adequate words to describe the emotions that I have being asked to be the presenter for Johnny Robinson. To be chosen as presenter is one of the greatest honors of my life,” said Thompson. “I bet there aren’t many guys in the world that can say that his childhood football hero eventually became his stepdad!”
Law selected his lifelong friend, Byron Washington, to serve in the role as his presenter.
