HOF New Artifact Spotlight: Cleveland Browns
The Pro Football Hall of Fame recently received the newly designed Cleveland Browns uniform (jersey, pants, socks) worn by defensive tackle Larry Ogunjobi during the team’s thrilling Week 7 victory over the Cincinnati Bengals on Oct. 25, 2020. Cleveland won 37-34 on a fourth-quarter comeback.
The Browns’ 2020 look features brown jerseys with white numbers and white jerseys with brown numbers, reminiscent of their look in the 1960s and 1970s. Stitched inside the collar of every jersey is “1946,” which is the year the team was founded.
The uniform is now on display in the Pro Football Today Gallery.
